Man’s leg amputated at rollover

DOWNER, Minn. – A Glyndon man’s left leg was amputated at the scene of a rollover crash Tuesday night in Clay County, the Minnesota State Patrol said.

DOWNER, Minn. – A Glyndon man’s left leg was amputated at the scene of a rollover crash Tuesday night in Clay County, the Minnesota State Patrol said.

Steven Buzalsky, 38, was traveling southbound on Minnesota Highway 9 north of Downer about 9:24 p.m. when the 2004 Ford pickup he was driving went off the road, hit the ditch and rolled, the patrol said. Buzalsky was ejected from the vehicle.

Buzalsky was taken to MeritCare Hospital in Fargo with injuries not considered to be life-threatening. His condition was not available this morning.
