Services: William Bass

William Edward Bass, 75, of Rushmore, formerly of Milford, Iowa, died Thursday, Feb. 26, 2009, at Sanford Hospital, Sioux Falls, S.D.

Surviving are his wife, Cheryl Bass, Rushmore; children, Frances (Gordon) Hentges, Spencer, Iowa, and James Bass, Milford; three stepchildren, Ty (Gail) Runge, Spirit Lake, Iowa, Mandy (Rick) Richardson, Wallingford, Iowa, and Todd (Janiece) Runge, Swea City, Iowa; one sister, MaryAnn Flanders, New Hampshire; half sister, Donna Dee Haberal, Royal, Iowa; two grandchildren; six step grandchildren; and three step great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 3 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, with a Masonic service at 4 p.m., at Dingmann Funeral Home, Worthington; and from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Dingmann Funeral Home, Worthington.

The service will be 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Dingmann Funeral Home, Worthington, with the Rev. Karl Whiteman officiating.
