Pawlenty to visit Worthington

WORTHINGTON — The Governmental Affairs Committee is hosting a noon luncheon with guest speaker Gov. Tim Pawlenty at noon Thursday at Travelodge Hotel. Food will be served at 11:45 a.m., and the governor will begin speaking at noon.

WORTHINGTON — The Governmental Affairs Committee is hosting a noon luncheon with guest speaker Gov. Tim Pawlenty at noon Thursday at Travelodge Hotel. Food will be served at 11:45 a.m., and the governor will begin speaking at noon.

The luncheon is an opportunity for business leaders to hear about the governor’s efforts to resolve the budget deficit and the Minnesota Jobs Recovery Act.

All Chamber of Commerce members are invited to attend. RSVPs are requested to the Chamber office, 372-2919, by today.
