Man guilty of bomb threat

SIBLEY, Iowa — A Worthington man accused of calling in a bomb threat at Exopac in Sibley last fall recently pleaded guilty in Osceola County District Court.
Matthew William Taylor, 35, pleaded guilty to one count of falsely reporting a bomb, a class C felony. Taylor is to pay a fine of $7,138, court costs, restitution of any court appointed attorney fees, victim restitution and a civil penalty.
