WORTHINGTON — The PACER Center will host a community transition partners meeting for parents of youths with disabilities from 1 to 4 p.m. Monday at the Nobles County Government Center, 315 10th St.
Participants will learn about local youth-serving agencies and how to find them online; strategies from the Minnesota Department of Education on secondary transition planning and efforts to track and measure student outcomes; opportunities for employment assistance provided by Minnesota’s Vocational Rehabilitation program; and local resources.
