MANKATO — AgStar Fund for Rural America is offering grants up to $5,000 for feasibility studies resulting in economic development for rural areas. These funds are designed to provide support to determine the feasibility of a project located in rural communities of AgStar’s service area. AgStar’s Fund allocated $50,000 for this program.
The Rural Feasibility Study Grant Program was established in 2007 to provide funding for areas such as market analysis, cost analysis or economic assessments. Any non-profit organization serving rural areas, educational institutions, and state, county, local or tribal governments are eligible to apply.
