What are you in Worthington waiting for? Use the Campbell’s Soup lot space for a new fire station. This — needing more space for fire trucks and ambulances, etc. — has been spoken of before.
It’s too dangerous that close to the railroad tracks for a library or senior center, and also too noisy too often. Anytime trains travel at high speeds, most of the time the ground shakes as they pass.
Think about it. Sometimes it takes an old person for a good idea.
