Honorable Mention Essay: Band, field trips help make school great

I love school. I especially love band! It's so fun to communicate through music. You get to play fun songs and have band concerts.

I love all the field trips we go on because you get to see and do fun things that you normally wouldn't do at school. I liked it when we went to the wet lands. We got to learn about nature and plants.

It is also fun to be with my friends almost all day! I get to do group activities and work together with all my friends.

One of the best things is my teachers. They're always there for me. They teach me things I don't know so in the future I can go to college and get a good job.

One of my favorite things is gym. We get to do all of these things: dodge ball, basketball, baseball, football, volleyball and tag. All of these are really fun and keep me in shape.

These are of the fun things we do at school. I wrote this because SCHOOL IS GREAT!!
