For over 80 years our community has been generous in providing for the Community Christmas Baskets, and once again we know the need will be great. The committee of volunteers that oversees the project is again overwhelmed by the spirit of giving this community has shown. We appreciate all the help we receive in fulfilling the holiday tradition of Christmas Baskets.

This Sunday, Dec. 6, at both 4 and 7 p.m., the Albs will be sponsoring an Advent Concert at the First United Methodist Church. The free-will offering from this event will be donated to the Community Christmas Baskets. Plan to attend the concert and enjoy the music, and stay to enjoy coffee and cookies following the 7 p.m. concert.
