I want to thank Det. Sgt. Kevin Flynn and Director of Public Safety Mike Cumiskey for offering the Citizen Police Academy.
It gave me understanding of how the Worthington Police Department serves our community. They explained who they are and what they do — ordinances, laws, rules and regulations. They have and are doing a big job.
I thank you all at the Prairie Justice Center.
