Accidents

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a hit-and-run accident at 7:55 a.m. Wednesday in the 600 block of Omaha Ave.

WINDOM — The Minnesota State Patrol investigated a rollover accident at 12:01 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. 71, two miles north of Windom. Cynthia C. Dendinger, 57, of Vermillion, S.D., was driving a 2006 Chevrolet Uplander van when she lost control of the vehicle and it entered the ditch and rolled. She suffered no apparent injuries. The vehicle sustained severe damage.

Ambulance

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 5:54 p.m. Tuesday to 808 Thompson Ave. to assist a man with a racing heart.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Ambulance was dispatched at 9:46 a.m. Wednesday to 1703 Skyline Drive to assist two adults who were feeling faint. Minnesota Energy was also requested. Two adults were transported to Sanford Regional Hospital Worthington.

ADRIAN — The Adrian Ambulance was dispatched at 4:15 p.m. Wednesday to 18599 300th St. to assist an ill female.

Police

OCHEYEDAN, Iowa — The Osceola County Sheriff’s Office investigated a report of a domestic assault on Tuesday and arrested a 36-year-old male for possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, prohibited acts, domestic assault and false imprisonment. He was booked into the Osceola County Jail.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated vandalism of a mailbox reported at 4:52 p.m. Tuesday from the 1100 block of Pleasant Street.

WORTHINGTON — Wal-Mart, 1055 Ryan’s Road, apprehended an adult male shoplifter at 11:12 p.m. Tuesday. He was arrested on a Nobles County warrant.
