EDGERTON — Ted Matthews is the guest speaker at a public forum at 7:30 p.m., Jan. 27 at the Edgerton Pizza Ranch.
Matthews will gear his presentation toward farm families during these tough economic times. He is sponsored by the Southwest Minnesota Dairy Profit Group and Southwest Minnesota Dairy Women’s peer group.
Matthews is director of rural mental health for Minnesota’s Farm Business Management Program. He works almost exclusively with agricultural related mental health issues, including marriage and individual counseling, passing on the farm issues and crisis intervention.
RSVP to the Pipestone County Extension Office at (507) 825-6715 by Jan. 26. RSVPs are not required, but appreciated. The event is free. If you choose to eat, it is on your own.
