LUVERNE — Briel Hendricksen won two individual events and the all-around competition, leading Jackson County Central to a victory against Luverne in a gymnastics dual Thursday night.
The Huskies finished with 145.2 points, while the Cardinals scored 127.6 points.
Hendricksen finished first on the vault (9.325) and floor (9.5), while claiming second on the bars (8.875).
In the all-around, Hendricksen finished with a combined score of 36.8, edging teammates Brandi-Sether-Hassing, who scored a 36.375.
JCC’s Courtney Donnelli was third with a 36.225 in the all-around.
Luverne’s Gretchen Nowatzki was second on the vault with a score of 9.175, just ahead Donnelli, who finished with a 9.15.
Sether-Hassing finished first on the bars with a 9.175, while Sydnee Donnelli was third with an 8.775.
Sether-Hassing claimed first on the beam with a 9.450, while Courtney Donnelli was second with a 9.2. Hendricksen was third with a 9.1.
After Hendricksen’s first-place finish on the floor, Sether-Hassing and Courtney Donnelli tied for second with a 9.2. Adriane Rentschler was third with a 9.0.
