SRHW hosts ‘Apple a day' program

WORTHINGTON — Sanford Regional Hospital Worthington will host an “Apple a Day” program on “Cardiovascular Disease in Women” at 10 a.m. Feb. 27 in the SRHW classroom.

WORTHINGTON — Sanford Regional Hospital Worthington will host an “Apple a Day” program on “Cardiovascular Disease in Women” at 10 a.m. Feb. 27 in the SRHW classroom.

Dr. Tomasz Stys, a cardiologist at Sanford Cardiovascular Institute, will lead an informational discussion on cardiovascular disease in women, including signs and symptoms and what to do if you have this disease.

A Heart Healthy Cooking and Tasting class will follow the program.
