BARC to host cust. service workshop
WINDOM — The Business, Arts and Recreation Center will host a workshop, “Minnesota Nice and Minnesota Not So Nice — A Look at Customer Service,” from 5:15 to 8 p.m. Tuesday in Room 105 of BARC, 1012 Fifth Ave., Windom.

Attendees will learn the importance of positive customer service and the role of attitudes in the workplace
Presenter is Larry Swenson, President of Noel International Training.
