Arbor Day event is today

WORTHINGTON — The Community Improvement Committee of the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce will host an Arbor Day ceremony at 10 a.m. today.

WORTHINGTON — The Community Improvement Committee of the Worthington Area Chamber of Commerce will host an Arbor Day ceremony at 10 a.m. today.

Each year, the committee selects a location where a tree will be planted during the Arbor Day program. This year, a tree will be planted at Slater Park.

The public is invited and encouraged to attend.
