‘GreenTouch’ helps clean Kilen Woods

LAKEFIELD — Volunteers added their GreenTouch to Kilen Woods State Park near Lakefield May 1.
Sponsored by Federated Rural Electric in Jackson, 27 volunteers consisting of co-op members, employees and Thrivent Financial for Lutherans’ members helped spruce up Kilen Woods. About 20 Touchstone Energy cooperatives across the state helped promote a cleanup day at the state parks.
The volunteers received a free hot dog lunch and Touchstone Energy work gloves.
