A comforting donation
Sixth- through eighth-graders pose with Nobles County Family Services social workers Monday at Worthington Middle School. The students are holding the 19 blankets they made through the school’s Volunteer Optimist Kiwanis Kids and Students Against Destructive Decisions programs. The blankets were donated to NCFS and will be given to Nobles County children in need. The donation is in conjunction with May being National Foster Care Month. For more information on becoming a foster care parent, call (507) 295-5213.
