SRHW awards Jansma 2009 Employee of the Year

WORTHINGTON — Sanford Regional Hospital Worthington awarded the 2009 Employee of the Year award to Colleen Jansma on May 14 during National Hospital Week activities. Jansma received this award based on nominations from her co-workers.

Jansma began her employment at SRHW in June 2007 as the office coordinator for the Southwest Minnesota Radiation Center, where she continues this role.

“I love my job and really enjoy getting to know all of our patients,” said Jansma. “Our patients come to us at a time in their life where they need to be uplifted and encouraged. With the help of my co-workers, we try to make each patient feel special.”

Jansma lives in Worthington with her husband, Darryl. They have two teenage children, Bradley,16, and Ashley, 14.
