Frisch-Vangsness

Jane Vangsness, Fargo, N.D., and Thomas Frisch, Dumont, announce their engagement.

Parents of the couple are Bill and Diane Vangsness, Okabena, and Doug and Becky Frisch, Dumont.

Vangsness is a 2001 graduate of Southwest Star Concept School, Okabena, and 2005 graduate of North Dakota State University, Fargo, with a bachelor’s degree in mass communication. She graduated in 2008 from North Dakota State University with a master’s degree in communication. She is employed by the North Dakota University System, Bismarck, N.D.

Frisch is a 1995 graduate of Wheaton Area High School, Wheaton, and 2000 graduate of North Dakota State University with a bachelor’s degree in agricultural economics. He is employed by Frisch Crop Consulting, Dumont.

They plan a July 31 wedding at Holy Rosary Catholic Church, Graceville.
