Brief: PEBC to offer Dutch Oven cooking class

LAKEFIELD — The Prairie Ecology Bus Center will host a Dutch Oven Cooking program from 6 to 7:30 p.m. June 29, at the PEBC, 935 N. Hwy. 86, Lakefield.

The class is for families and adults, and will include demonstrations of basic Dutch oven cooking techniques. Attendees will learn how to make, and will eat, a breakfast meal prepared in a Dutch oven.
