Clary Street work to start Wednesday

WORTHINGTON — Pavement work on Clary Street from Church Avenue to Humiston Avenue is tentatively scheduled to begin Wednesday.

Clary Street will be closed to through traffic. A detour route of Clary Street utilizing Humiston Avenue, Oxford Street and McMillan Street will be signed.

The city advises motorists to drive carefully and use the detour route. Weather permitting and construction proceeding as planned, the work should be completed and normal traffic restored in mid-August.

Clary Street will be open to local traffic only. Local traffic will experience brief intermittent interruptions.
