SPIRIT LAKE, Iowa — The Spirit Lake Police Department arrested a 20-year-old female shoplifter at 10:49 a.m. Tuesday at Wal-Mart, Spirit Lake. The woman was also discovered to possess drug paraphernalia and a green leafy substance believed to be marijuana. She was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and fifth-degree theft.

ADRIAN — The Adrian Police Department arrested a 49-year-old male for driving after cancellation-inimical to public safety at 8:28 p.m. Tuesday in the 500 block of Pennsylvania Avenue.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited a 20-year-old male for driving after revocation at 9:19 p.m. on Minnesota 60.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department cited a 55-year-old female for no Minnesota driver’s license at 2:21 a.m. Wednesday on 10th Street.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of two women trying to cash in stolen lottery tickets from Fulda at 10:29 a.m. Wednesday at the Hy-Vee Food Store.

WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Police Department investigated a report of two juvenile male shoplifters at 1:16 p.m. Wednesday at Wal-mart. The two males were cited for shoplifting and released to their mothers.

RUSHMORE — The Nobles County Sheriff’s Office investigated a report of goats in a neighbor’s bean field at 1:47 p.m. Wednesday on Fellows Avenue.
