Fagerness-Luitjens

Kellie Luitjens and Travis Fagerness were married June 6 at The Grove, Las Vegas, Nev., with the Rev. Philip Larimore officiat-ing.

Parents of the couple are Steve and Tracy Luitjens, Worthington, and Celeste Guillen, Jonesboro, Ga.

Maid of honor was Katie Luitjens. Bridesmaids were Rachel Springman, Christina Sorensen and Julie Ailts. Personal attendant was Emi Einck.

Best man was Cavan Krekelberg. Groomsmen were Hans Langseth, Robert Lee and Tyler Benson.

The reception was also at The Grove with Paul and Kelly Karelis hosting; a second reception was June 27 at the home of the bride’s parents in Worthington.

The bride is a 2010 graduate of Buena Vista University, Storm Lake, Iowa, with a bachelor’s degree in elementary education and Spanish. She is employed as the Spanish teacher and head volleyball coach at Waseca High School.

The groom is a 2010 graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He is employed as an RF engineer at NextGen RF Design, Waseca.

Following a wedding trip to Nuevo Vallarta, Mexico, they live in Waseca.
