Letter: Vote GOP politicians out of office

Wake up, Americans, before it is too late.

Who do our leaders in Washington think is the boss — they or the Americans that voted them into the office they hold?

The Republicans (senators and representatives) have not and will not work on anything that will help Americans get back to work.

I remember just a few years ago, when Republicans were in control. All of their attention was on getting America into the Bush wars and into trillions of dollars of debt to China. Getting our young men and women killed and torn to pieces. That lasted seven years in time under their lying leadership. They lied to every American and, yes, even to the entire world.

Now, the Republicans say they don’t want to fix anything. So if they don’t want to work, fire them, vote them out of office, and put them on the streets like they have done to three million American workers.

They have misused the office the American people voted them into.

Americans, when are you going to stand up and be counted? Don’t just lay there. These people are very rich and don’t care if you live or die. They broke the economy. They made our president pay out to car companies and banks. They were in charge while people lost their jobs, home and livelihoods, and we lost a great school system.

Your children will not have an education. If you really look — their children will get the education that is needed to run this country, but yours will not. Your children will be in the front line of combat because their children will be running this country. Their children will have all the money and your children will be in food lines.

This is what will happen should we let these liars control this country.

Please wake up and vote these work-shirking Republicans out of office. Go to the polls in November.
