ROSEVILLE — Delana Paine of Round Lake won $30,000 by playing the Minnesota State Lottery’s 4Way Bingo scratch game. She claimed the prize July 27.

The winning ticket was purchased at Round Lake’s Pit Stop, 203 Railroad Ave.
