Letter: Where to put our books? Here's one place to look

Imagine that! In the newspaper on 8-4-10,

the news states the library doesn’t have room.

We grannies, kids and all patrons

have met, thought and fought this gloom.

Now the ideal spot would be upon a hill.

Huge parking lot, near schools, kids — this could stand.

The old outdoor swimming pool lot is ideal.

Knowledge could flow on this land.

The Olson Fund would like that.

All the community would be reached.

And if there is any other plan for only a few,

it could be thrown out and impeached.

Wouldn’t it be wonderful for all-age brains

to have room and look out the window at the view.

Red, yellow, brown, black, white and workers

would feel power in that hour and life anew!
