Kelli Colling and Eric Smith, both of Howard, S.D., announce their engagement.
Parents of the couple are Penny Hughes, Madison, S.D., the late Ron Hughes, and Ed and Loretta Smith, Brewster.
Colling is employed as a registered nurse at the Good Samaritan Home and as a paramedic with Miner County Ambulance in Howard.
Smith is employed at Howard Farmers Co-Op.
They plan an Aug. 21 wedding in Howard.
