Filing for local office closes Tuesday

WORTHINGTON — The following candidates have filed for election to city office.
Mayor: Alan Oberloh
Alderman, second ward: Michael Kuhle, Roger E. Nelson.
Alderman, first ward: Ron Wood.
Oberloh, Kuhle and Wood are all incumbent candidates. Kuhle defeated Nelson in 2006 to win his first term as alderman.
The filing period closes at 5 p.m. Tuesday. Visit City Hall, 303 Ninth St., Worthington, to apply.
