MW instructor published
WORTHINGTON — David Mills, history instructor at Minnesota West Community and Technical College, has been published in “Perspectives in American Social History Cold War and McCarthy Era People and Perspectives.”
Chapter 5 of the book is written exclusively by Mills and is titled “An Unlikely Team: The Social Aspect of the Ground Observer Corps.”
The publication is available at the Minnesota West library.
Foundation to award scholarships
WORTHINGTON — The Worthington Regional Health Care Foundation Inc. will award six scholarships this year with a maximum value of $2,000 to area students or employees seeking to advance their skills in the health care profession.
