Scholarships: August

WORTHINGTON - The following area students have been awarded scholarships this summer.

Kristen Dierks, Worthington, sophomore studying prepharmacy, Yellow and Blue Scholarship, from South Dakota State University.

Alex Ling, Bigelow, Hites Transfer Scholars, $7,500 to facilitate completion of baccalaureate degree, from Phi Theta Kappa at Minnesota West Community and Technical College, will attend Northern Michigan University to study biochemistry and pre-medicine.
