Helping Hands offers parenting series

WORTHINGTON — The Helping Hands Pregnancy Center will offer its Building Stable Families program in September.

Free classes will be offered for expectant parents and parents with children younger than age 2 from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Sept. 8, 15, 22 and 29. Topics will include: Building a strong family; making healthy choices; importance of dads; and making family time fun time.

Spanish interpretation will be offered.
