Pajama Party set for Oct. 9

WORTHINGTON — The annual Pajama Party to create 110 pairs of pajamas for the Worthington Christmas Basket program will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 9 at the American Reformed Church, 1720 N. Burlington Ave.

WORTHINGTON — The annual Pajama Party to create 110 pairs of pajamas for the Worthington Christmas Basket program will be from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Oct. 9 at the American Reformed Church, 1720 N. Burlington Ave.

The following volunteers are needed to ensure the project’s success: 22 sewers with sergers; 24 people to cut out pajamas; and 18 quality control people.

Donations of bars, fabric and money to buy thread, needles and pay for shipping of fabrics are also needed.

Noon lunch will be provided.
