Letter: Wilson: 'Shine through that dark cloud'

I cannot relate to politics in this nation. I love our country, but there is a dark cloud that surrounds politics. Either we embrace the dark cloud or we reject it.

I reject the dark cloud and choose to approach politics with a clean style — the same way any of us would start a new business. We would not spend our money running negative ads about our competition. If we were home builders, we would not hide the plans from our customers. In the same way, I am the only endorsed candidate that does not use negative ads, and I am the only candidate that has posted 10 plans or solutions for building and growing our nation (www.stevenwilson.org).

It absolutely blows my mind that candidates will operate a million dollar campaign and not put forth specific solutions in writing. They are counting on voters to be uneducated. I have bet a year of my life that voters will do the right thing and make educated decisions. What will you do? It is time for your light to shine through that dark cloud.
