“It’s an awesome crop” said Schmitz Grain Inc. manager Larry Sanow of the estimated 1.5 million-bushel pile of corn sitting near his Lake Wilson facility. The pile is 1,320 feet long, 120 feet wide and averages 30 feet in height.
