Icy roads complicate travel

Sarah Dickey, 22, of Worthington, was driving a 1992 Jeep west on Interstate 90 when she lost control on the icy road and rolled the vehicle at 10:38 a.m. Wednesday. According to the Minnesota State Patrol, Dickey and her passengers, three children ages 1, 2 and 4, were treated for minor injuries in Worthington.
