Scarset-Cook

Chantel Renae Cook and Austin Alson Scarset were married Aug. 14 at St. Adrian Catholic Church, Adrian, with Deacon Vern Behrends officiating.

Parents of the couple are Kim and Don Kunkel, Adrian, Kevin and Denise Cook, Everly, Iowa, and Butch and Shirley Scarset, Westbrook.

Matron of honor was Jenna Sneller, and maid of honor was Ashton Scarset. Bridesmaids were Kristi Metzger, Leah Hanson, Julia Goldammer and Nikki McLendon. Personal attendants were Carmen Henriksen and Jenna Heitkamp. Flower girl was Jennika Knapper.

Best men were Dustin Knapper and Alex Scarset. Groomsmen were Cody Henriksen, Ben Caven, Ryan Baker and Chris Trampe. Ushers were Paul Olson and Alex Ourada.

Music was provided by Jill Roush, piano; and Cindy Heitkamp and Tracy Altman, vocalists.

The reception was was at the Holiday Inn Express, Brandon, S.D., with Mike and Cheri Myers hosting.

The bride is a 2003 graduate of Adrian High school and 2008 graduate of Minnesota State University, Mankato, with a degree in dental hygiene. She is currently employed at Neighborhood Dental, Sioux Falls, S.D.

The groom is a 2002 graduate of Westbrook-Walnut Grove High School, a 2008 graduate of Augustana College, Sioux Falls, and a 2010 graduate of Minnesota West Community and Technical College with a degree in nursing. He is currently employed at Avera Heart Hospital, Sioux Falls.

They live in Brandon.
