Minnesota Twins Great Bert Blyleven Selected to Baseball Hall of Fame

ST. PAUL - Former Minnesota Twins pitcher Bert Blyleven was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame, the Hall announced today.
Blyleven was chosen on 79.7 percent of the ballots submitted by Baseball Writers' Association of America members, with 75 percent needed for election.
This was the 14th year Blyleven appeared on the ballot, after falling five votes short last year.
