Cummings named VP, co-owner
WORTHINGTON — Chad Cummings, general manager of radio station US104, has become a co-owner of the station and has been named vice president of Absolute Communications, L.L.C., licensee of US104. John Daniels is president of the company. Cummings has been general manager since the station first signed on in June 2008.

Cummings, a Worthington native, has loved radio since first getting into the business as a disc jockey in 1993. Responding to the purchase, Cummings said: “I guess I’ve known deep down that this is the business for me. At US104, I’m part of something delivering a strong, positive impact on people in this community and those nearby. I love this business.”
Cummings and his wife, Jami, and their children are lifelong residents of the area. He has been active on the Brewster City Council, Brewster Fire and Rescue, Nobles County Fair Board, SW Minnesota Fishing Club board and the King Turkey Day board of directors. He is a member of the Elks Lodge, Past Master of Masonic Lodge 101, and serves on a number of Chamber of Commerce committees. He also emcees numerous charity events throughout the area.
