Worthington police, ambulance and fire department responded to a two-vehicle T-bone accident Wednesday afternoon at First Avenue Southwest and South Shore Drive in Worthington. The Worthington Rescue Squad utilized the “jaws of life” to extract two injured adult victims from one of the vehicles involved.
