MARSHALL — Pipestone Area’s Amber Haupert won three out of four events and took the all-around title as the Arrows competed against Marshall in a gymnastics meet on Monday.
PA recorded a team score of 132 compared to a score of 113.375 for the Tigers to win the team title.
Haupert won the uneven parallel bars with a score of 8.325, the balance beam with a score of 8.5 and the floor with a score of 8.85.
Teammate Shanda Bogstad won the vault with a score of 9.125.
Haupert’s all-around score was 34.675. She was followed in second place by teammate Londyn Swensen with a 33.150 and in third by Bogstad with a 32.875.
Swensen was second on the floor (8.6) and third in the vault (8.950), bars (7.75) and beam (7.85).
Bogstad was second on the bars (8.05).
The Arrows also had a top-three finish from Nicole Wiese, who was second on the beam with a 7.9025.
Marshall’s lone top-three finish was Stephanie St. Aubin’s third place finish in the floor event with a score of 8.3.
The Tigers were competing with a lineup depleted by injury and illness.
Both teams will next compete at the sectional tournament at Redwood Falls on Saturday.
