WORTHINGTON — Today is National Child Care Provider Appreciation Day, a special day to recognize providers, teachers, program staff and all those who work with children and are responsible for their education and care.

Locally, the Nobles County Day Care Association will host a dinner Tuesday to recognize the years of loving care and education provided in the area.
Nobles County has great need for additional family child care. Anyone interested in opening a child care business in their home should contact Beth Mahoney at 295-5213.
