Kent Melvin Johnson, 65, of Jackson, died Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Rochester.

Kent Melvin Johnson, 65, of Jackson, died Wednesday, May 4, 2011, at St. Mary’s Hospital, Rochester.

Surviving are his wife, Diane Johnson, Jackson; three sons, Troy (Janet) Johnson, Lakeville, Michael (Darnell) Johnson, Jackson, and Jeffrey (Tracy) Johnson, Jackson; one daughter, Stephanie (Dale) Patten, Spirit Lake, Iowa; nine grandchildren, and two step-grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m. Saturday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, Jackson.

The service will be 2 p.m. Saturday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Lance Isaacson officiating. Burial with military honors will be in Riverside Cemetery, Jackson.
