“Soup Truck” driver Rick Brock delivers groceries Wednesday afternoon to the Manna Food Pantry in Worthington. The “Soup Truck,” run by the non-partisan, non-profit watchdog group Minnesota Majority, is on a statewide tour promoting spending reductions instead of raising taxes.
