Please allow me to express my sincere appreciation for the special coverage and edition of the Daily Globe’s “The Journey of the Honor Flight Southwest Minnesota.”
The flight included veterans from Dickinson County, and I can’t express just how they all enjoyed the special treatment they were given while visiting Washington, D.C. Some veterans even stopped in the office after returning home, one bringing a copy of the Globe’s coverage. The pictures and stories are wonderful.
Thank you for accompanying these heroes and giving their Honor Flight such special attention. The special edition will be cherished for generations, I am sure.
