City band program set for Monday

WORTHINGTON — The “Amazing” Worthington City Band will perform a Fourth of July-themed concert at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Chautauqua Park

WORTHINGTON — The “Amazing” Worthington City Band will perform a Fourth of July-themed concert at 7:30 p.m. Monday in Chautauqua Park. Emcee for the event will be Matt Widboom, with intermission entertainment provided by Sean Benz.

Monday’s program is scheduled to include “Mr. USA,” “This is My Country,” “In Honor of the Fallen,” “Triumphs!”, “Washington Post March,” “Acclamations,” “Marches of the Armed Forces” and “Stars and Stripes Forever.”

Cookbooks benefiting the band’s upcoming trip to Crailsheim, Germany, will also be available for purchase.
