Marion Beckering, 80, of Jasper, died Monday, July 4, 2011, at Good Samaritan Communities, Pipestone.

Marion Beckering, 80, of Jasper, died Monday, July 4, 2011, at Good Samaritan Communities, Pipestone.

Surviving are her husband, Roy, Jasper; two daughters, Lori (Gary) Cocking, Excelsior, and Debra (Dennis) Window, Chanhassen; two sisters, Genevieve (Louis) Vander Platts and Carol (Roy) Smidt, Sioux Falls, S.D.; and two grandchildren.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at Hartquist Funeral Home, Foster Chapel, Jasper.

The service will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Jasper Evangelical Lutheran Church, Jasper. Burial will be in Hillside Cemetery, Edgerton.
