Letter: It's a lot hotter on the front lines

Wow, it is hot! Barely breathable! Can you imagine being in Iraq, wearing a full uniform with approximately 25 pounds of gear on your back? Or in Afghanistan climbing around the mountains with full gear in this heat?

Wow, it is hot! Barely breathable!

Can you imagine being in Iraq, wearing a full uniform with approximately 25 pounds of gear on your back? Or in Afghanistan climbing around the mountains with full gear in this heat?

They are there for us, protecting our freedoms. Please pray for their safety.

In the past month, we’ve now lost 108 more. According to the July 18 U.S. Air Force Times, we’ve now had 6,105 KIA (killed in action) and 44,596 critically wounded. Two kids were from Minnesota.

Continue to pray for all the military families as they go through these tough times. Support them however you can, please.
