James Dean Brewer, 46, of Lakefield, died Tuesday, July 19, 2011. Surviving are his wife, Donna, Lakefield; one son, James E. “Junior” Brewer, Lakefield, one stepdaughter, Samantha Black, Fairmont; father, Benjamin Brewer, South Sioux City, two brothers, Brian, Worthington, and David, Lakefield; and one stepgrandson.

Surviving are his wife, Donna, Lakefield; one son, James E. “Junior” Brewer, Lakefield, one stepdaughter, Samantha Black, Fairmont; father, Benjamin Brewer, South Sioux City, two brothers, Brian, Worthington, and David, Lakefield; and one stepgrandson.
The service was 3 p.m. Friday at Osterberg-Hansen Funeral Home, with the Rev. Steve Dekok officiating.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
