Perhaps the Nobles County commissioners could take a cut in pay to support the minimal amount of money needed to support the parks.
Diane Thier says it’s “a waste.” The waste is the amount of money the commissioners and Nobles County Administrator Mel Ruppert get paid. It seems everyone has forgotten the Daily Globe article last fall on the commissioners’ pay.
